  • Life can be like the ocean with its ups and downs. Some days the waves are calm and gentle. Other days, massive waves crash down and turn your world upside down.We can't always choose the waves we encounter... sometimes a rogue wave appears out of nowhere and catches us off guard. Other times, we know a storm is brewing and big waves are headed our way.But in both cases, our job is the same: to ride the waves as skillfully as we can. When towering waves loom ahead, all we can do is take a deep breath, bend our knees, and keep our balance as the swell passes under us. The wipeouts will come, but if we surface and regroup, we can ride again. The waves of life will continue to roll in, some fun and frothy, others more tumultuous. We may get tossed around, but the waves don't last forever. So come what may, be determined to ride the waves, stay centered, and keep surfing. So come what may, I'm determined to ride the waves, stay centered, and keep pushing on.
