Session Costs

I offer professional counselling services tailored to your needs. Please note all sessions are conducts in a secure online environment.

Individuals

🕒 1-Hour Session: $95

Experience a focused and comprehensive counseling session to address your concerns and work towards your goals.

🕒 1.5-Hour Session: $140

For those seeking an extended session, this option allows for more in-depth exploration and progress during each appointment.

Couples

🕒 1-Hour Session: $130

🕒 1.5-Hour Session: $180 

Additional Information

Payment Options

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, online payment platforms, and cash. Payment is due at the time of the session.

Sliding Scale

I believe in making counseling accessible to those in need. Limited sliding scale options may be available based on financial circumstances. Please inquire during the initial consultation to discuss eligibility.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes life circumstances may require rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. If you need to make a change, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost.

Medicare

For the purposes of medicare, you need to know that Counsellors, Psychotherapists, and Relationship Counsellors are not Psychologists. Only Psychologists (and some social workers) are able to take medicare.
