Our minds take a little issue and blow it up into something much bigger than it needs to be. We invent problems where they don't exist by overanalyzing every little detail. Basically, overthinking leads us to imagine disasters that are unlikely to happen. It's like we enjoy torturing ourselves with "what-if" scenarios.   • There are moments when life throws us a curveball and we end up feeling like, "Oh Crap! how did I get here?" 🤷‍♂️Yep, I'm talking about those times when things go a bit wonky, and suddenly, we're knee-deep in a guilt trip, even though it's not all on us.So, picture this: Yesterday... I'm helping out with the livestream of a service. Everything's going relatively smoothly until... BAM! 😬 Feedback happened during the thanksgiving part of the service. Cue the internal panic and a whole lot of "How did that happen?!" self-doubt, even though I swear I didn't touch a thing on the mixer! (Yes I was swearing internally, amid feelings of a minor heart-attack.)1. Go with the Flow: Life's a rollercoaster, and sometimes, it's all loops and twists. Embrace the chaos, roll with the punches, and remember, we're all just winging it!2. Cut Yourself Some Slack: Feeling guilty? It's cool, happens to the best of us. Give yourself a break, acknowledge that you're only human, and let that guilt trip take a chill pill. 😄3. Laugh it Off: Sometimes, you just gotta laugh it off! 😂 Life's too short to stress over the "what ifs" and "should've beens." Crack a joke, share a smile, and keep on keeping on...Maybe easier said than done. So remember: it's all part of the adventure.
